Who we are

ALLAMI AI is a personal assistant built and operated by Sajad Allami ("we", "us"). It runs on a private home server and is used by its owner and a small number of invited people. This policy explains what data the app accesses, why, and how it is protected.

Google user data we access

When you sign in with Google and grant permission, ALLAMI AI may access the Google services you approve on the consent screen, such as:

How we use it

Google user data is used only to provide the assistant's features to the person who granted access: briefs, reminders, expense logs and answers to their own questions. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles for anyone else.

Limited Use

ALLAMI AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Storage and security

Access tokens and data are stored on the owner's private server, protected by the operating system's account security and not exposed to the internet. Data is not shared with third parties, except that text the assistant needs to answer a request may be processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate that answer, under terms that do not allow it to be used for training.

Retention and deletion

We keep only what the assistant needs (for example a short summary or an expense line), not copies of your mailbox. You can revoke ALLAMI AI's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask us to delete data we hold about you, email us at the address below and we will do so within 30 days.

Children

ALLAMI AI is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
